The company youngblock s.r.o., with its registered office at Trstěnická 548, Litomyšl-Město, 570 01 Litomyšl, registered with the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, file number C 31376/KSHK, processes, in the case of a response to an inquiry submitted via the contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data: first name and last name, email, and phone number.
Processing of Personal Data
The processing is carried out by youngblock s.r.o., the data controller.

- request the deletion of this personal data – however, this deletion will result in the termination of contract negotiations,

We use your personal data primarily to fulfill the purpose of the contract concluded between you and us, to process inquiries submitted via the contact form, to inform you as a customer through newsletters, or to fulfill our legal obligations, particularly accounting and tax-related obligations. The specific reasons for processing your personal data may further include:
- legitimate interests of the controller; in such cases, we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, particularly in the form of cookies, which you have consented to via your internet browser. Our legitimate interest is also the legal basis for sending customer newsletters, which we may send to your email inbox after verifying your identity (validity of the email), and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time;
- your consent; if you have explicitly given us such consent, we may send you, for example, commercial communications based on it. You can withdraw your consent at any time;
- fulfillment of legal obligations of the controller towards public authorities and offices.

The controller processes personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship (e.g., for the duration of order fulfillment) and also after its termination:

Categories of Recipients of Personal Data and Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data will only be accessible to the controller, including relevant employees of the controller, who are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding such data, as well as security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of these personal data. Personal data may be made accessible to entities other than those listed here only in cases where their disclosure is explicitly required by law.
The controller will not transfer personal data to third countries or any international organizations but may use processors who will transfer personal data to other processors. These processors are:
